Wheel Guide
The ZEUS <=> HANDLING Wheel guides positioned at the front of the loading bay provide increased safety and efficiency during the cycle of loading & unloading.
Wheel guides installed correctly can increase the lifespan of both the dock leveller and the dock shelter. Wheel guides are installed to aid the driver to correctly position the trailer on the loading bay, manufactured using large steel tube and come in two sizes in diameter 168mm & 140mm.
Our wheel guides are supplied in either high visibility yellow polyester powder coat, high visibility yellow spray paint or galvanised finish.
Generally the wheel guides should be positioned 2000mm from face of loading dock and 2600mm apart.
Our wheel guides come in three configurations; standard, cranked and low level, these can be either bolt down or cast into concrete types.
